I arrived in Hua Hin for a 5 day visit with the intention of looking for a property. I set myself a budget of 5,000,000 Thai baht and met one of Plus ‘ Property Consultants at the Marriott hotel for breakfast.

I asked for a breakfast meeting at 8.30, by 10.00 this consultant had decided he had all the information he needed to show me a list of 3 properties, that very morning. His kind consideration for others and his loyalty to me has been second to none. He has done so much for me that a realestate agent is not reguired to do. Our business relationship has developed into a friendship and I hold him in vety high regard, both as a professional and a friend.

In summary I have bought 2 properties with Plus to a value of 30,000,000 Baht and I still feel the same way about my properties now as I did when I first bought them.. Very , very pleased.
